@thesunnahguy: If you want a wound to heal, then you don’t touch it anymore. Stop picking at it and stop focusing on it. Wounds are like problems. The more you keep touching it and not letting it heal, the bigger it becomes. Problems stay small when you can learn that they shrink when you don’t give them attention. More attention = more stress
