I know you meant this in a much grander sense in regards to society and the problems in our country- but a strange coincidence (also referred to by me as Gods hand) led me to this video and your words made me recognize that I do this in my personal life as a trauma response. I thought I was “being fair” by staying in the gray area and always seeing every side, but really all I’ve been doing is avoiding the conflict that comes from drawing lines, standing my ground and saying “no, this is wrong” when I know it is. Thank you for helping me, even though you didn’t intend to. I just wanted you to know God worked through you to make a small difference for someone who really needed it ❤️
