@historytheworl: Part 1: Felony DUI for Driving Drunk with Her Child in the Car: On June 26, 2025, the Lake Forest Police Department received a notification about a vehicle being driven erratically. Officer Czarnecki located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. The vehicle was being driven by a 36-year-old woman. Her 15-year-old daughter was a passenger in the vehicle. The woman admitted that her license was suspended from a previous DUI arrest. She also admitted to consuming alcohol a few hours earlier. She was asked to step out of the vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety tests. When the woman refused the sobriety tests, she was placed under arrest for her 3rd Driving Under the Influence offense. At the police station, she also refused to submit to a breath test. Her charges are listed at the end of the video. Her case is still open and all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.#cops #police #fyp #viral
