Using your video with a few modifications for a 65” TV! Thank you for the tutorial sir! 😎 Recommend users to research the type of tv lift as the one I bought had my tv sitting really high at the lowest level. And the LG mounting holes were low which didn’t help. Ended up finding an extender on Amazon that worked to lower the mount. I also added a 2x4 in the middle to mount handles to help move it around. Super fun project so far! 💪🏽

This is cool. I'd just suggest a wider lip in the top so the rain flows over the outer wall. You could also add a drip recess to it under the lip to keep the water from retreating under it.
