Ingredients • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate (chopped or chips) • ½ cup powdered sugar • 2 eggs • 2 egg yolks • 4 tsp raspberry jam or crushed raspberries • ¼ cup flour • Pinch of salt • Powdered sugar + fresh raspberries for topping Steps 1️⃣ Melt butter + chocolate together until smooth (microwave or double boiler). 2️⃣ Whisk in ½ cup powdered sugar while still warm until glossy and combined. 3️⃣ In a separate bowl, whisk eggs + yolks until combined. 4️⃣ Slowly stir the egg mixture into the chocolate mix. 5️⃣ Fold in flour + salt until just combined. 6️⃣ Spoon a little batter into two greased 8 oz ramekins. 7️⃣ Add about 2 tsp raspberry in the center of each. 8️⃣ Cover with remaining batter (about ¾ full). 9️⃣ Bake at 425°F for 13–15 minutes.
