I wish people would stop bringing up the judge 💀 this is a trial by jury. the judge is just here to make sure they are following the rules of evidence. I think Florida also has mandatory sentences so judge isnt even choosing that. death penalty or not would also be voted by the jury. but that doesn't even apply in her case. shes cooked
