@1stclassbootcamp: From the love island villa to 1st Class Bootcamp, Dejon and Megan joined us at our Sotogrande location for a reset after adjusting to their new lives post love island villa 🤩⬇️ They took part in our signature results based programme which involved 5 workouts a day, tailored nutrition which is dairy free, limited gluten, limited caffiene and just water to hydrate a total detox from toxinfa and a dedicated private space to focus completely on their health and fitness.
