this is incredible! I'm an autistic neuroscientist and spent most of this year studying changes to grey matter and neuronal data for women during pregnancy, postpartum and through motherhood and found a selection bag of things nobody had looked for before. I'd not considered looking at different parts of the cycle and if that has similar impacts on the brain and behaviour, as I assumed others already had. I'm pretty sure that's not the case now I think about it. thank you! you've lit a fire :)

I got diagnosed with adhd and autism right around when i figured out i was trans. Going on HRT improved both my mental health cos dysphoria and my adhd symptoms. I have pretty steady oestrogen levels now so I don't have the ups and downs described in this video but for me oestrogen really helped my ADHD symptoms.
