I have taken Valsartan for years. It’s a combo with hydrochlorothiazide. It works for me. I have hereditary high blood pressure unfortunately. I was a gym goer for 35 years and always watched my weight🤷♀️. It is what it is right?

I take Losartan and Amlodipine. And then have Clonidine as a back up in case still too high.
