The law is the law that officer assaulted the young lady knowing the fact that after the fact the suspicion was satisfied there were no grounds to keep her in handcuffs furthermore she should’ve been handcuffed unless test results indicate she was beyond the alcohol limitations, she was falsely detained, assaulted and her civil rights were abused and violated. That ex-cop got away with from a real sentence, if it was someone else they would get the full weight of the law, why is there a bias about it.
