Some stores are open on Sunday, especially in the big cities, but idk about the smaller towns and villages.

highly depends on your living situation, in apartment buildings the rules can be stricter as you would be bothering your neighbours and pretty much in every situation you should avoid loud things which can be loud music, drilling holes and similar, like you shouldn’t bother anybody

Look, I’m all,for peace and quiet (my neighbors need to learn a few things, starting with stop slamming the damn door), but I’m flushing the toilet. I have medical issues and use it a lot, I’m not letting it clog. Plus, headphones exist. My husband is in bed and I’m sitting in the living room thinking about making me dinner (he’s sick), I’m going to warm up some leftovers. You just need to know how to work quietly.

its honestly so annoying. I moved to Germany from Seattle, like I need stuff for work on Monday. at least were allowed to shower i guess 😒

Everyone saying no flushing on Sunday never lived on a community well. Couldn't flush Gma's toilet after 21:00 because the pump was too close to the neighbor's kids bedroom and it would keep them up. This was Great Falls Montana in the 80s & early 90s.

you can absolutely listen to music and flush the toilet. Also, if something falls down/spills/makes a mess, I use the vacuum. Not to clean the whole house, that's true, but you don't leave a mess just because it's Sunday

and I'm confused as to why we even remotely listen to any European lol their mortality rates along with dwindling economies equivalent to just Mississippi is huge red flags that they aren't doing anything correct in terms of governing or healthcare. It's sad too cause they think they are equals to the US.
