Omg, you changed my life with this!! After illness my glutes have been fully asleep and no matter what I did I couldn't activate them (despite being very fit before). I'm also hypermobile so I have to moderate most exercises in the gym. Within 30 seconds (laying down) I could feel them working and after 5 minutes I'm noticing a huge difference.
