The house prices in London is just ridiculous! And oh my God the stamp duty!! For some people buying a house is a life time opportunity but in return they’ll get themselves into a lifetime debt!

My biggest bugbear was the stamp duty. By the time I was in a position to buy, I was 35 with a partner. We have a 3-bed terrace in zone 3, and £25k stamp duty and not being eligible for first time buyer relief was killer!
