Is there a way to stop the excited peeing. My 1 year old cocker spaniel pees every time someone that doesn’t live in our house touches her. Every time. Whether it’s the vet holding her for a checkup or someone visiting our house petting her. It’s frustrating because I have teens with friends over often and have to constantly remind them not to touch her when she’s on the furniture. She’s just so cute though and everyone wants to pet her.

Does the wording matter as long as you’re consistent? I keep using “good!” instead of “yes!” And “go to bed” instead of “place.l She’s 13 weeks.

Hey man, so my 3month old solid black gsd always walks away and avoids strangers. I would like to think she's a good guard dog and that's why i have/hope for. is it a good behaviour because with the rest of us she's a very happy playful girl but with pple she doesn't know it's that. I hope it's not her being scared because i need her alert and dangerous to them that are not of my home. please advise.Thank you.

Impressive, though I dont understand why we need to do that with dogs. When our friends visit us humans, we are also excited and come and greet them. Why would that be wrong for a dog?
