Luckily I’m in primary care. I can’t imagine working in a hospital, being short staffed and stressed out daily. Primary care is stressful too but at least its 8-5 😅

also nobody ever realizes that I'm not even crying for myself but for patient safety, empathizing how prone to medication errors the patients are when nurses push themselves beyond their capabilities, the hard earned license is sacred to every nurse😱
