Thats a conflict of interest.. per code of ethics by the board of psychologists you have to wait two years in order to start a relationship with one of your (ex)clients

The fact that he even said “im her therapist” that’s insane cuz that’s a HIPAA violation. On top of that BBS requires at least 2 years after termination for you to have a personal relationship with a client, and some codes of ethics require 5 years. So this man just lost his license
