Umm this is just a heat remedy theres nothing spiritual here. You put the towel on your head. hold it with one hand & a jar of cold water in the other hand, tip your head down & align the jar with the top of your head & then straighten up while holding the jar. The towel absorbs the water slowly and that’s the bubbles. the top of your head gets cold which cools the blood rushing through your head. The blood vessels cool down & return to a normal size, reducing blood pressure & headaches. We use this all the time in Australia outback & rural towns.
