Trunk or treat has ruined Halloween. I used to go through sooo much candy I had to budget for it! now it’s like 4 kids and my teenagers Hoover the rest.

We live in a Halloween neighborhood but my brother and sister in law don’t so they bring my niece and nephew over here. We went through 4 big bags.

The only thing sadder than only four trick-or-treaters that were your neighbors is having to collapse your event chairs and fit them in the little sleeve in the complete quiet of darkness.

I go to my parents house to hand out candy because their neighborhood has a million kids and is no outlet so lots of families come because there isn’t a lot of car traffic, but even their numbers have been down the past few years.

In 2018 I moved from Canada to Europe and it seems like it’s been a 180 flip. North America Halloween is dying and in Europe (at least where I am) it’s rising every year.

Omg! I’ve never had that few, but I do live in the burbs of Houston tx. But we now live in THE holiday neighborhood so kids come here from other places. One neighbor kept count and she said she had 250 last year but this year was 875!!!!

We live in a very busy neighborhood for trick or treating. We have between 250-300 kids. It’s a mad house something lol. This is the first neighborhood ever that has been like this so it is fun.
