Creamy Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo 🍝 Ingredients Chicken 2 chicken breasts 1 tbsp olive oil Salt & black pepper 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder Alfredo Sauce 2 tbsp butter 3–4 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup heavy cream ¾–1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Salt & black pepper to taste 1 tsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp chili flakes Pasta water, as needed Pasta 12 oz fettuccine pasta Parsley (optional) Instructions Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve about ½ cup pasta water, then drain. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked through. Remove and let it rest before slicing. In the same pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and let it gently simmer for 2–3 minutes. Season the sauce with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes. Stir well, then add the Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and creamy. Add the cooked fettuccine and toss until fully coated in the Alfredo sauce. Loosen with a splash of reserved pasta water if needed. Top with sliced chicken, parsley, and extra Parmesan cheese.
