Alot of people don't understand, but most combat athletes are some of the most emotional people around. Sports like MMA, and Boxing, definitely wiegh heavy on your mind, the lead up until at least for me when you're walking down to the ring. Not to mention that you have to have a certain kind of train of thought to even put yourself through the training it takes to compete against other trained Fighters you don't usually have a problem with, but you need to try and destroy them before they destroy you.
