There is no excuse! If she did try to punch him it was after the guy already assaulted her. They are making it up to try and excuse his behavior. I didn't see her do anything but sit in her desk. He needs to be fired and sued. Then sue the school board for allowing him to stay employed after he has already exhibited this behavior in the past.
