Hey Jammer7575 had a valid point being a Bail bonds does not allow him to be a Sherriff and bringing a 17 daughter is a minor? Anyone know if it is legal to take minor and ask her to assist in the arrest of anyone is that legal. Most importantly I don’t think he is a sheriff because law enforcement by Law have to have their name & badge number on the vest without exceptions or can someone inform me please since I am not a law enforcement please advise? Lastly, he is a bail bond, so why does he have a sheriffs vest on? It is a conflict of interest you cannot be a sheriff and being a bail bonds. It’s a conflict of interest. You cannot be both of them. It’s the law. Also impersonating being law enforcement it’s a felony & it’s ilegal
