I should clarify: it's the first Live2d/Suiika style customisable model for 3D! which is why referenced suiika's model in the video Vroid and booth models already exist yes, but this is the first time someone's approached this style (live2d/Suiika style) of customizable 3D Vtuber

Pastell did an amazing job on the styling part and I absolutely dig tha. Tho, with Vroid Studio being existent, I don’t really see the point in calling it a game changer, because it’s right there, and people have been using it. VRChat avatars for example (if staying with 3d models), have been doing this (the changing part) for years. Yes, mostly with model fitting options, but it’s nothing “entirely new”.

vroid studios has had this for a bit you can even use their presets for hair etc or frame your own then I import in to warudo to sprout into streamlabs

literally unless this is actually 2d but appears 3d, then this is NOT anything substantially groundbreaking. is it really cool? yes. is the the world's first 3d? ABSOLUTELY NOT 😅 a lot of us 3dtubers already exist
