He really does seem entitled, and he probably sees himself as more important than he really is. She did not need to come up on him talking to him in that tone, totally unprovoked, like he’s a child, “Put the drink down“, the same way a parent or teacher would talk to a child. Naturally he’s going to be offended. Because it was insulting.

Honestly they were both bad. She was condescending, emotional, and unprofessional. He was egotistical and overly emotional. The only difference is that she’s supposedly been trained to de-escalate tense situations. Instead, she chose to be aggressive and rude. More of the fault lies with her.
