@sivan.tm: Making a sequence flow well takes lots of hard work and time, it's hard for me to change my sequence so much. I don't know how other people do it!
I change it because with regulars I don’t want them to take the same sequence and make it repetitive

Repetition is good!!! Been teaching 7 years and it’s how your clients get better!!! Your regulars like your class, that’s why they keep coming back, they aren’t bored. They arent coming for a new sequence, they’re coming to your event to take your class and have fun/community connection 🙂↕️Usually events I make my sequence simple because there’s a lot of new people and might not know a lot of the exercises 🩷

I change my routine every time i teach. However they way that i do this is by switching a couple songs and some sequences / adding layers to the sequence to make it feel different

if u are teaching an event, regulars will feel like it's a diff experience and repetition is important to see improvements! i also teach pilates events but i honestly teach the same class most of the time even tho a lot of the same ppl show up

Same. I teach the same sequence weekly, but I like to reuse flows so my regulars can get the moves. Sometimes I might tweak a move or two, but I find repetition to be important.

I teach 3 days a week & keep it the same if I know no one that has been to a previous class of mine that week will be in that class! If I see that there will be then I usually just use one of my class plans that’s I’ve previously written in the past weeks so I’m not completely creating something new but also won’t seem repetitive to them!

Every day no…but what I like doing is sometimes I’ll put an old sequence that I already recycled in the mix to change it up. But after a week I change it yup

I make a new sequence everytime! I have over 300 routines stored so I often go back to old ones or edit old ones if I’m feeling uninspired! My classes are 90% repeat clients and I teach 4-5 days per week so it’s very necessary in my opinion. It takes a long time but it’s gotten a lot easier over the years! I think I’ve also learned what works and what doesn’t work when making a sequence so it doesn’t stress me out but I do arrive to the studio 20-30 mins prior if possible to go over anything if I think I need to!

I change mine every class. I feel like it gets easier with time. I never teach the same class twice.

Different sequence every time. Similarly structured but switch it up with props and layering slightly different moves

I teach a different class every single day. my brain is fried BUT it will make you even more confident being able to teach so many different things. and one day you won’t have to think and be able to whip up a class quickly

Sometimes I keep it for a couple days but never more than 3 days max but that’s very rare. Usually I change each time but even when I don’t, I max it out at about 5 classes because I start to get bored with it.

Same sequence for the week for yoga and pilates. Haven’t had the same people come to me twice in the same week for Pilates yet so thankfully I don’t have to😂 but I have for yoga and I’ll change it on the spot depending how I feel

I teach twice a week and the first class is the foundation of the sequence with a few layers and the second class I add more layers so it’s challenging. Keeps me from going crazy. Clients can focus on improving form or leveling up. It’s easier for me to correct form as well cause I know what they need to work on from the previous class.

if I teach at one location more than once in a week, I change it especially when I see regulars booking with me more than once so it’s different for them. Otherwise, I keep the same sequence for the same week for the other studios I only teach at once if that makes sense. I save every sequence I’ve ever written in my notes app so if I need to pull something or change it last minute, I can

New playlist and routine every single day. I teach 4-5 days per week. I would crash tf out if I were to take the same exact class in the same week myself. I recycle routines eventually but new playlist always.
