@mgplumbinginc: #toolsofthetrade doesn't always mean, batteries not included. Some don't even realize. Especially newer people getting into the trades. You just have to be a hard worker. If you don't have the proper tools, you can't do the job properly. So don't overlook your 🦶🏼 footwear , jackets , gloves if you wear them. So you can be at your best doing your job. Heats in the tools was something I was taught & I try to teach this as well. It's a good way to think, if you're a younger person and want to move up within a company. Show the value you bring to the table. Employers will recognize your efforts. believe me. Not to mention your older self will thank you. I promise you that😉 If you do it for the money, any job. You'll hate it. If you enjoy what you're doing, work becomes easier. In Sports term. It's like a QB who's played for 20 @NFL seasons and has seen every defense thrown at him. The game gets easier. No matter what game ! Anyways. BOOTS, are the most important start when beginning the trades. Your FEET 🦶🏼🦶🏼are what will make or break a career, in the trades. The back goes second. If you don't think about this stuff when you're young. You'll regret it when you cant move at 40.
