I live in San Antonio and frequent several HEB’s, and I never have had a problem. In all fairness; San Antonio is very diverse city, and I haven’t had a problem at any establishment. I would say that I am sure that the issue is getting attention at higher levels. We have a large population of lesbian couples, many with partners that are masc presenting.

I am a masc lesbian who dresses obviously masculine and I am at HEB like 2-3 times a week, never had an issue, Cashiers and stuff are always very kind and helpful.

well moving that employee may keep that employee in check, wanting to keep their job. otherwise if they fire the employee the employee goes to another nearby restaurant/store and does the same thing. it's not the best solution but maybe HEB can transform that employee from being a horrible person in public.

It just baffles me that the transphobes want people to use the “correct” bathroom, but are the first to call security when a a masculine person uses the women’s restroom. Like the logic isn’t there. A trans man looks like a man but you want them to use the bathroom of their birth gender (female) yet call security on someone who looks like a man using the bathroom by your logic they should be using. It literally doesn’t make sense

Stuff like this affects disabled people too. Caregivers often have to take disabled kids and adults to the restroom that might not align with everyone's gender.

ive always been a big believer in "it does not matter what you did wrong, its how you handle it after that counts." I really hope that employee got some real dressing down and learns to keep their mouth shut.. but I dont see that happening...
