I have pots, so it's taken a few years to get my meds right, but finally I started taking my blood pressure, and it was always close to 180/200 over anywhere between 100 and 70. I finally got put on some medicine, and now I can function like a normal person now. I now realize that every single time I felt bad, it was my whole body feeling bad because my blood pressure was so high

My husband thought because he stayed calm and stayed active he didn’t need his blood pressure meds. Please take care of yourself. His hemmoragic stroke took his life at 48 years old
