@manoachocolate: Very early on in our chocolate making journey we discovered that if you steep the husks of cacao beans in hot water that it creates a delicious herbal hot chocolate flavor. The caveat is; *you need super high quality cacao in order for it to taste good. We’ve always used Costa Esmeralda’s cacao for this product.
