Can you do baking soda and then vinegar? Or would that also render the solution ineffective?

I use both. I rinse the fruits off and then soak in a vinegar bath for 5 mins. Then I pour baking soda in to agitate what I’m washing and the bubbles get more dirt out. Then I rinse that off, soak it in baking soda for 2-5 mins and then i wash everything well and THEN I dry and store.
