@robertleebarber: Everyone keeps lamenting the need for a better culture, yet culture isn’t conjured from wishful thinking. It’s something we strategically construct. Many leaders attempt to enhance culture with mere motivation, inspirational talks, or the occasional gift card, but that enthusiasm fades by the end of the week. What truly matters is establishing a robust process that drives lasting change. Let me introduce you to the leadership algorithm: Process generates predictable behaviors. When these behaviors become habitual, they form the foundation of your organizational culture. Skipping the process means risking fractures in everything downstream. Culture isn’t something you get to declare—it's something you must thoughtfully design. Before chasing after fleeting motivation, wise leaders prioritize building a solid structure. When your process operates consistently day in and day out, your culture begins to cultivate itself. #Leadership #OrganizationalCulture #ProcessMatters

Sir, thank you and I listen to your advice quite often but what do you say/do when we are seeing a toxic culture being prevalent these in most workplaces and when you see leaders following an ignorance pattern just because either they weak leaders or just don’t care enough to fix the problems. They just want to keep it easy for themselves and let those behaviors slide making it a problem for real genuine dedicated employees. This has become a very common practice lately. Disappointing and frustrating for good employees.

The word Culture itself rooted from the word "Cult". It has 2 components, Rituals and Beleifs system....Examine Ritz Carlton culture....that is the clue.

The most important thing is to manage people internally & externally. You are going through from every interaction because you don’t want to carry the pressure & prejudice of the interests of the business also not carry the prejudices of the relationships. That’s all the challenges to be a CEO.😊
