You can also salt the pasta afterwards and not waste all the salt you'd pour down the sink otherwise. There is no difference, I tested it. Salting the water is literally just a scam everybody convinces each other to do for no real reason😭

I did hear once long ago you don’t just put a dash of salt in the water. You do indeed just make it saltwater like the ocean. Huge difference. Been doing like that for 10 years now
