Yes we did this this week! Costco pork shoulder roast. Carnitas, nachos, Hawaiian/pulled pork bbq pizza, pulled pork sandwiches, regular pork roast meal w mashed taters, gravy green beans and apple sauce.

Pro tip: make tacos the first night, the freeze the other three servings so you don’t have to eat an entire pork butt in one week and defrost to make the other recipes!
