@sailing_songbird: Planning a multi-week GPS-less voyage has been a monumental task but I wouldn’t attempt it with anyone other than @tommy__quin. Our primary goal in this passage is to continue the long history of voyaging using traditional seamanship and analog technology. In the pursuit of true self reliance, learning one’s position from anywhere utilizing available equipment and seamanship will feel deeply rewarding. So excited to share as much as we can about this passage! To clarify, we will be giving daily (or every couple day) position updates on where we ACTUALLY are and where we THINK we are. Still working out the best way to do this but I think I’ve got an idea. Here’s to adventure 🍾
