If I had to describe myself before my weight loss, the first thing I need to say is this: I was never overweight👌 My problem wasn’t my weight. My problem was how I was eating, how weak my body felt, and how jelly-like I looked. I had no idea what muscles were or what a truly balanced, nutritious meal looked like! I was stressed, constantly snacking, craving sweets, eating whatever was fast and easy. I was cooking nutritious meals for my kids… while eating random things the entire time. One day I said: this needs to stop🙈 I started with: • 10k steps a day • More protein and fiber (no strict tracking) • Strength training twice a week That’s it. And the difference? Massive. The most important part of this journey was finding recipes I genuinely love. Meals I couldn’t wait to eat. Over time, something incredible happened: my taste completely changed. I don’t crave sweets anymore (and I was a BIG sweet person). I crave homemade food. Vegetables. Nourishing meals🥒🥔🥦🥕🍅🥗 I feel strong. I have muscles. I’m confident in my body. And my immune system? A rock. Not even my kids’ viruses can touch me💪 This wasn’t about losing weight. It was about rebuilding my body.💪
