A blonde retouch no matter what, will always be booked technically as a “color correction” especially if she’s goes past the recommended time. She will so much regrowth, and having to match it up perfectly, so no it’s not just a retouch girl lol.

Being blonde is a process because she had black dye on her hair. She’s not gonna get as blonde as she wants in one session. This stylist did an amazing job because she’s not willing to compromise white hair with dead hair.
