@lachy_mclean: Day 28/28: A month of showing up for myself ✅ I was great 80% of the time. And that was fine with me. Because this will never about being perfect. At it’s core, I wanted to stop letting myself down. I wanted to be better, even if that was 1% a day. I wanted to be there for me better, take care of me better, and not stop showing up for me in the process My goal was fitness related, but it can truly be anything. It’s wild what you can achieve when you give yourself one month. I’m so proud of what I did. Now to enjoy Tulum… Pina Colada’s, margaritas, you name it. And then it’s time for Chapter Two of 28 Day. Hopefully this time, we can do it together 💪🏼
