i had spacers for i think 6 days before braces up the back so the could put the cap thingys on for the wires but now i’ve had the braces for 3 years and the spacers didnt hurt too much actually, i miss them a little

I got braces dec 24th. 2024 , got my spacers yesterday morning and I woke up in painnnn this morning and it feels like every time I eat my teeth are gonna fall out , lowk hurts more than the braces , my doctor also said I get power chains next month 😅💔

they honestly hurt the same but spacers is more pain and braces is more aches, u can eat more with spacers but not braces for 7 day.
