okay today was day 2 of taking these. I thought it was 3 lol glad I just ate 2 because I figured I take all the other ones so 2 would be good enough. I take 3 ones you recommend from them and the NMN . my 3rd month on nmn omgoodness also the collagen WOW !! 2 month on that so hopefully will only keep getting better.
