@crmnallyobsessed: Nichole Lynn Boyer is charged with deliberate homicide for allegedly leaving her disabled three-year-old child to starve to death. She appeared in Beaverhead County District Court and pleaded not guilty to her charge. Boyer is accused of leaving the three-year-old child in an upstairs bedroom of her residence for weeks. When law enforcement discovered the body on Oct. 16, it was in an advanced state of decomposition. District Court Judge, Luke Berger, ordered the body of the deceased child cannot be cremated, pending any expert inspections for the defense. The defense is also requesting a furlough for Boyer to attend any formal ceremony for the internment of the victim, which the state did not object to. If convicted, Boyer faces up to 100 years in state prison. #truecrime #patheticparents
