@bellaskitchen25: Chicken Melt sandwich 💥🥪 Ingredients 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Salt and pepper, to taste 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder ½ tsp paprika olive oil for cooking the chicken 6 slices of American cheese 9 slices of bread butter for toasting the bread For filling: 2 tbsp dill 2 tbsp pickles 1 carrot diced 1 red onion diced 4tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp mustard Salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp paprika 👩‍🍳instructions Marinade the chicken with the seasoning. Heat a skillet over medium heat ,add olive oil and cook the chicken for about 5–6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked remove and let rest a few minutes, then shred the chicken . In large bowl mix chicken ,dill,carrots,red onions, pickles,seasonings, mayonnaise and mustard and mix until well combined. Layer in this order first bread ,cheese slice, chicken mix, bread of top again chicken mix and slice of cheese and close with another layer of bread. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-low heat. Place the sandwich in the pan and cook 3–4 minutes per side, pressing lightly until the bread is golden and the cheese has melted.
