non of what you mentioned is claytons fault, thier sub contractor's yes but not on clayton home builders,life or the factory that built the home, now it is on your local dealer for hiring a site crew that clearly has no idea how to grade a house site im not sure about the insulation as you didnt go into that but they are held to HUD standards that are pretty strict (if its a manufactured home) so it should be sufficient for majority of the USA. but in the end yea that sucks and they should be addressing that within the 1st year but it was up to you to push the issue while still under warranty.

Um, site prep is up to the land owner. It was your responsibility not Clayton homes. Their job was to set up and secure the home to the land and connect to water and sewer.

my brother got a Clayton home, they used the absolute worst contractors. Clayton refused to work with him on all the issues. and yes Clayton would be the GC so alot of these issues should be Claytons problem for all of you who in the comments who know nothing about construction. I would never deal with Clayton after seeing what my brother went through.
