You should consider down-clocking it as well. A higher clock speed doesn't seem necessary for what you're using it for. Will save a lot more battery.

there are power boards that draw way less current than a sleeping ESP32. check out the nano power timer.

Can probably turn off a few other things when it boots up that aren't necessary to extend the battery like Bluetooth. As mentioned it'll depend on what you're using the data for. If it's just for informational testing then you can probably extend that window but as mentioned in the other comment if it's for heating then tighter would be good. You can also use RTC to do some batch scans while asleep and send in a clump. Setting a fixed channel for the espnow so it doesn't spend time and energy scanning each cycle. Do compact data, avoid json. Remove logging from actually used code to reduce processing cycles. Disable the led status.
