I own a cleaning company, 4 ladies work for us, gross income is 300k (year 2). We have a cleaner who can do 3-4 houses a day, she prob makes 72-80k a year working for us. (We split the houses 50/50 with the cleaners) so if she was solo she would be making 140-160k a year solo. So everything she’s saying here is 10000% true

i started this way for years...people complain about just $150 per cleaning ...I stopped doing those kind of cleans cus they say it too expensive and alot of them take advantage...I stick to move outs and post reno now as well as I have a bunch of apartment buildings I clean instead.

How do you get $250 for one house that is like 2 to 3 bedroom in Pennsylvania no one wants to pay that type of money here. I’m sincerely asking I’ve been doing this for about 30 years. Please let me know what’s going wrong.

Agree! As you build your clients, you get to choose who you like you don’t have to keep ones that you don’t like! I only keep the ones where it’s peaceful in the house and I could be alone with my podcast while I clean!

I’m right outside of Nashville and I don’t have any clients that will pay 250 or that I would charge that much I have a few houses that are 225 but that’s the most. If they are 5 to 6 bedroom homes that are 4000 ft.² I could definitely charge that much but I’m not trying to clean two of those a day.
