Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a loaf pan. 2. Make oat flour: Blend rolled oats into a fine flour if you haven’t already. 3. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. 4. Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, mash bananas, then whisk in eggs, avocado oil, sweetener, and vanilla. 5. Combine: Stir wet into dry just until mixed.
