I wanted to like Quicksilver but it’s so poorly written and needed another round of edits. I also just did not understand the appeal of Kingfisher. Like he was awful to her for so long and when things finally did happen, I felt like I was so turned off from his character it just gave me the ick. The plot was alright but I’m definitely not running to the next one.

I hated Metal Slinger. The ended just made me hate everyone. I will not read the 2nd. Yes, it was unexpected, yes it was unhinged, but it made me feel like reading the entire book was a lie and a waste of time.

See I finished quicksilver, it was ok. But just ok. The first 70% of the book I was so annoyed by the FMC. She ruined it for me, too whiny 🤣

I am just not a huge romantasy fan 😭 I like epic, high fantasy with romance on the back burner, or non existent 😅 I buddy read Quicksilver with a friend and couldn't believe how bad it was (in my opinion, if you like, that's totally okay!)

Loved Vesselless...what do you mean we got to the end, and then that happened? I needed merciless yesterday! I just DNF'd Anathema after 200 pages. I've had it on my TBR over a year and was exicred to read it for spooky season. I love Zevander, but I feel like Maevyth's story is drawn out. I had to put it down.
