Who on earth thought that it would be better to have the chair near the floor! How is someone meant to get up from that when wet and slippery! You can tell that zero disabled ppl were consulted when it came to their access arrangement. But even common sense would've told them its not a good idea!

I also don't understand why on earth some hotels think metal grab rails in a shower is a good idea. The minute they get water on them, and there is no grip! 🤦♀
