I've never had someone open a car door for me in all my life. I drove myself to the hospital to give birth to my last 3 kids and opened my own door even when he drove me to have his kids..... ☹️😭😥

I think it’s an amazing, respectful, and protective caring gesture is important. If he doesn’t do that small thing for me, I don’t say anything, but I also don’t care for it, and I lose respect for the man in a small way. Lots of respect, though is a loss of respect bottom line.

I got in a fight with my ex boyfriend because he wouldn’t open the door for me. Then during a dinner with his parents, we watched his dad open the door for his mom…. Needless to say he did it from then on and I will accept no less

I love this message!!! You’ve given me a new perspective. While I’ve always been incredibly grateful for a man opening a door for me…even if we’re not in a relationship.
