[MANGA SPOILERS] The pool scene is a perfect representation of Reze and Denji’s relationship. Both are orphans who never had the chance to be normal teenagers and the pool gave them that opportunity. If they were normal teenagers, they would have done sexual stuff with each other. But because they never had the luxury to grow into that kind of people, all they did was Reze teaching him how swim and have fun.Their nudity highlights their innocence. . Funny part is nudity symbolizing innocence is one of the main themes of part 1 and it’s recurrent. Another example is Quanxi’s symbolic nudity in her crossbow hybrid form and her ignorance is bliss mindset. And of course another example is when Denji and Power took a bath together.
