It’s a warm bag you’re supposed to boil the water, not put the whole thing with the water inside of the microwave. You’re supposed to boil water and then put it inside of the hot pack.

1 . you dont put them in the microwave. and 2. when you put water in it dont fill it up all the way, put the top on and twist a little bit, then push the air out of the bottle, then close the top fully
